Adding and Customizing Dynamic Card Elements

  1. Open the card design panel as shown in the section Customizing the Design of an Individual Card

  2. Choose the layout Type for the elements in each card. Select rows if you want the elements inside a card to be laid row-wise, else select columns.

  1. Click the 'Add Element' button in this design panel to add an element. Select the element type you want to add to a card. Flezr supports adding the following element types:

  • Image

  • Text

  • Button

  • Link

  • Divider

  1. Specify the location of this element inside the card. For example, if you've selected '3 rows' in the layout type, then you can specify the location of this as A (top most row), B (middle row) and C(Bottom row).

  2. Mapping a database column to a card element: Before proceeding further, make sure that you have connected your datasource as outlined in Connecting Data Source: Google Sheets/Supabase - Also ensure that you have configured data source in the cards section as explained in the section Configure data source

  3. Once data source is properly configured, the column names from your Google Sheet/Supabase table will appear here. Select the column name that you want to map/associate with this card element.

You can similarly add multiple elements to a card and reorder/delete by clicking the up/down arrow icons.

Press the 'Save' button in the top main menu to save your changes.
